The 10X Imperative

We built this hackathon around a simple belief. AI is rewriting what's possible for small teams. A handful of exceptional people with the right AI leverage can accomplish what used to require much larger organizations. The winners won't be the biggest teams. They'll be the ones with the highest talent density, the sharpest focus, and the most AI-augmented capability.

I strive to be a 10X CEO. I genuinely believe I can get there. I'm at least 50% less effective without AI, and I'm expanding what I can do every day, not by working more hours, but by building workflows that help me operate at a higher level.

That's the challenge I put to every HeyGen team member. Become 10X in your role. Whether you're an engineer, marketer, salesperson, recruiter, or designer, find an AI workflow that meaningfully improves your efficiency. Then expand your scope. There are real, open problems at HeyGen waiting to be solved, and we want people to go solve them.

This hackathon was our way of putting that belief into action. We wanted to see what our people could build when we gave them space, a real challenge, and the tools to operate like superhumans. The results speak for themselves.
